Other insurances are out of network. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please note that regardless of your chosen payment method, a credit card is required to be kept on file. Payment for services rendered is expected on the day of service..
For clients who have out-of-network benefits, there is a posibility to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill that details the services received and their associated charges.
It is important to understand that Growing Milestones Pediatric Therapy cannot garantee coverange for out-of-network therapy services by any insurance provider. Clients are urged to verify their own out-of-network benefits prior starting therapy and are responsible for the submission of superbill claims.
